TEAM 90+

I created our Team 90+ Program with one main goal in mind. To help you start your fitness journey, the right way. 

None of the over the top extreme training plans, none of the excessive dieting that you can never stick to. We focus on the simple things that will actually make a difference, and have you feeling like the best version of yourself immediately. 

The goal here, is that Team 90+ is the last program you'll ever need. We want to help you not only get the amazing results you're after, but also make the lifestyle and habit changes needed to maintain those results, for life afterwards. All while still enjoying your life, in the process.

HOW DOES ONLINE COACHING WORK?

Great question

When you sign up, we will complete our initial consultation call, so I can get to know everything I need to know about you. Your lifestyle, your daily routine, the type of food you enjoy/don't enjoy, etc.

 

With this information, I'll get to work on your fully personalised programme, which I'll build for you in our Team 90+ App. 

1. Fully Personalised Training Programme unique to you and your goals, suitable for home or gym training, along with video tutorials for all exercises included in the program.

2. Your very own Fat Loss Blueprint, with a Personalised Nutrition Plan & Goals. Plus you'll have access to our Team 90+ Cookbook & Shopping Hacks Guide, which has well over 100 delicious & healthy recipes to add into your nutrition. 

 

3. 1-1 Weekly Check In Call's with me personally. Accountability is such a huge part of the program and so important when it comes to staying on track long term, so I'll be there with you every step of the way to make sure things are moving in the direction we want.

4. Full Access to the Team 90+ App, so you can log all of your progress in the one place, along with it having hours of additional training content from Keith, so you always know exactly what you're doing every step of the way. 

5. The Team 90+ Community & In Person Meet Up's! Our community is such an important part of the program. Even though we're spread across the world, we still support & encourage each other in the app every week, along with having a bit of a laugh together. Plus, we run many in person meet up's each year for those that can make it, and they're always so much fun!
